We are continuously adding new flavors and experimenting with new concepts in the kitchen. Some we keep for a month, and others are brought back several times a year depending on customer demand.

In honor of the Irish, we have our annual Coffee and Bailey's on the menu only for the month of March. Coffee infused cake laden with Bailey's Irish Cream frosting. |

Our take on the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Crunchy peanut butter cake, stuffed with grape jam (sometimes we do surprise fillings) and topped with a salty peanut butter frosting. Savory, sweet and delicious!! Available during the month of September. |

Strawberry Lemonade
We've taken our lemon cake and combined it with a fresh strawberry puree and topped it with a luscious strawberry cream cheese frosting. It's tangy, sweet and the perfect cupcake for a summer picnic. Available June through August. |

Trip to Graceland
So it took a while, but we've finally perfected the long awaited Elvis inspired cupcake. Much like the King himself, it's decadent, it's delicious, and it might induce shock to the system. Eat in small doses. Chunky peanut butter cake, layered with a light banana cream frosting, rolled in applewood smoked bacon, and drizzled with honey. Available July through August. |
